Since its foundation in 1994, NPA has played a pivotal role in raw materials sourcing by PRAUDEN. In this article, let us introduce NPA which has recently relocated and scaled up manufacturing facilities to Gaochun District, Nanjing, China in a bid to facilitate down production with higher quality and efficiency.<\/p>\n

<NPA><\/p>\n

NPA’s new factory located in Gaochun District, Nanjing started full-scale operation in March 2022. After its relocation, NPA conducted technical inspection and maintenance to make sure the stable start-up of the plant which comprises of two washing lines and two mixing facilities with the annual production capacity of 2000 tons at max. The key features of the new factor are as follows;<\/p>\n

Safety<\/h4>\n

Sterilization and quarantine equipment ensures thorough preparedness for infectious diseases such as highly pathogenic bird flu, and a state-of-the-art firefighting system is also put in place to prevent disasters.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Eco-friendliness<\/h4>\n

Plant design reflecting the movement of cargos maximizes work efficiency and energy saving. Water is one of the main resources needed to produce high-quality down. At NPA, waste water is treated in an eco-friendly way and reused through a circulating water treatment system. In addition, NPA uses green energy by operating a solar thermal water system that heats water with solar thermal energy, thus minimizing the use of fossil fuels.<\/p>\n

Convenience<\/h4>\n

Adjacent to Anhui Province which has many duck farms, Nanjing offers advantages in sourcing ducks and NPA can check conditions of duck breeding farms and purchase quality raw materials quickly. It enjoys convenient transportation for exports with easy access to Shanghai Port, the world’s largest shipping port, and Nanjing Port, the largest inland port in China, as well as on-land transportation.<\/p>\n

NPA is already off to a great start and will hopefully be up and running with state-of-the-art facilities and outstanding manpower.<\/p>\n
